Hi,
thanks for all your responses.
I only have 7 discs for all, so I decided to:
1 drive - Transaction log
2 drives - View building/os raid 1+0
1 drive - Spare
3 drives - data RAID 5

To increase performance I used an icp controller, not an adaptec one.
Problem was the lack of discs, next server will have raid 1+0 for data.

I'd like to tell you how performance is but at the moment we have very big stability problems.
Domino6 crashes once per hour.
I have to investigate further.
